Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is available on all orders. Free UK delivery is available when you spend £45 or more.
Orders are carefully packaged to ensure your Derwent Candles products arrive safely.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Derwent Candles purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.
Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at derwentcandles@gmail.com, including your order number and photographs where appropriate, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Once we’ve received and checked an eligible return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
